Natalie Guimond is a Registered Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist. She holds a BA in Psychology from York University and a Masters of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Natalie has worked in community healthcare settings across the GTA, as well as in private practice therapy. She is trained in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Across modalities, her practice is grounded in a framework that is person-centred, culturally affirming, holistic, intersectional, trauma-informed, anti-racist and LGBTQ2+ positive. She is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for people to heal and educating others on how to curate these spaces across professional domains.
